The light is optimal no matter what time of the day. You will receive soft, even light during daylight hours. Because the studio is west facing, the light tends to be a little harsher in mid-late afternoon.

Yes! However, I request that all pets be trained.

Yes, of course! Your rental includes a blutooth speaker and wi-fi!

No smoking inside or out of the studio. If Renter wants to smoke inside for a specific creative project (includes fog and smoke machines), they must get prior approval and pay a minimum of $50 maintenance and cleanup fee. Please contact us for celebrity or VIP guests.

Yes! Renters can extend their session time. If a renter sees that they will go over their session time, each additional thirty minutes will be charged a fee of half the price of the rate of their rental cost. Renters can add time to their booking on the day of production if available time slots are open.

Yes, there is one bathroom with changing table!

Couches and chairs are swapped out on a quarterly basis, so there is usually a small couch, and two soft chairs.
